The project “Sprachtreff – for Integration in the Countryside” will be discussed and supported by an advisory board, consisting of experts as a team project advisory board, in the areas of labor market integration, refugee work and educational work.

On 20.09.2019, the project advisory board and the project partners met to discuss the project. The main topic was the question of where project work should be intensified or supplemented.

All project partners presented their work in detail and a lively discussion developed quickly between the advisory board members and the partners. Through their technical expertise, the advisory board members were able to offer helpful tips in many places on how the work could be improved even further.

“What I like so much about the project is that it supports both the target group and the promotion of civic engagement.” (Dr. Stefan Drubel)

Central questions of the project partners to the advisory board members were how to better reach the target group and how the offers can be even more adaptive to the needs of the target group. In particular, the suggestion of the advisory board members to address further network partners and the inclusion of other church structures were welcomed.

The half-day exchange with the advisory board ensured that the project worked as intended. In addition, further potential prospects were developed, which will be implemented in the future.
